Gwinnett Homes is built on the foundation that all adults, including seniors, the disabled and mentally ill, need a secure, clean and comfortable place to live. We are licensed by the State and are non-profit. Our costs are low. We offer two levels of care—personal care homes and semi-independent living. A trained caregiver lives in the personal care homes with the residents. Semi-independent living offers limited supervision and medication oversight. A maximum of six persons live in homes in residential neighborhoods. The homes are located close to each other so the residents can socialize with residents from other homes. Churches, a mosque and a temple are close by. Families are welcome to visit at any time and are encouraged to take residents to services. We are conveniently off Pleasant Hill and Cruse Roads, not far from I-85 and also Ronald Reagan Parkway at Pleasant Hill Rd.
